After your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Order modifications and cancellations are allowed up to an hour after the order is placed.
Shipping and Delivery Estimated Times:
-Hawaii orders: 1-3 day delivery after handling
-United States orders: 3-5 delivery after handling
-International orders: 5-12 delivery after handling
Shipping Service:
-Shipments are through United States Postal Service (USPS)
-Our shipping service provider does not ship on weekends and/or holidays.
Missing Package Policy:
If you do not have shipping insurance:
-We are not responsible for any damaged or stolen packages during the shipping and transportation processes, and cannot provide refunds for this purpose.
-If your tracking information states "Delivered" and the address is correct, please contact your local post office and they will help you retrieve your package.
-We are not held responsible if you have entered your address incorrectly and cannot offer any refunds for that case. We do not change or edit shipping addresses unless requested by the customer.
If you have shipping insurance:
-Shipping protection/insurance are offered for regular orders, but not for monthly subscriptions.
-Shipping protection/insurance covers lost/stolen packages or damaged items.
-If you have purchased shipping protection for your order, please go to to file a claim for a refund or credit.
Shipping Issues:

-If the address you have entered is marked is undeliverable by the post office, the package will be sent back to our store.
